After a few months working as a Community Curator with the RNIB I am delighted to announce that the exhibit display is now open to the public.
The Community Display section at Kelvin Hall is an area where curators and community groups work together to create small exhibitions of items from the collections held at Kelvin Hall. The display has QR codes that visitors can scan for audio descriptions of the text and items in the display in addition to a short video feature available on YouTube. There are also braille interpretations. The area is marked by a tactile red floor sticker.
